Qualifications or Performance：1) The name of the bidder should be the same as the name on the bidding registration form of the bidding agency, otherwise the bidding documents will be rejected. 2) The 2K display invested by the bidder has a used performance in the domestic civil aviation automation system (providing a copy of the contract or user certificate, stamped with the official seal of the bidder.) 3) The bidder must be the manufacturer of the 2K display or obtain a special authorization from the 2K equipment manufacturer for the project (a valid authorization issued by the manufacturer is required). 4) This project does not allow consortium bidding.
